1. General Policy for Live Plants (Non-Refundable) 🌿
Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of live plants, our policy is as follows:
All sales of live plants are strictly final and non-refundable. We do not Provide any kind of return and refund due to nature of business.
Once a live plant leaves our nursery, its health and survival are dependent upon the environmental conditions and care provided by the customer. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds based on the plant’s condition after delivery.
Shipping – All orders will be delivered within 5-7 Business days.
